In truth our hamburgers were not always great. We noticed people leaving our buns on the plate, and sometimes even parts of the burger. That's not the kind of feedback we really want to see, but of course we had to take notice.
Now our burger recipe and construction has changed, we don't see the same left overs. We use home made mayonnaise, whole seed mustard, fresh tomatoes and onions, salad and others (such as cheese for a cheeseburger). Fancy one?
